When do the workshops + life admin sessions happen? 

The 2hr workshops will happen on a Tuesday at 6.30 am GMT.  The bi-monthly 60-minute life admin sessions will run on a Tues + Sundays from 6.30 pm GMT. 

Are the workshops recorded? 

Yes, the workshops are recorded so you can revisit them as and when needed during the year.  You are encouraged to attend live as catch-up guilt is a huge time sucker! 

Will this help me be more productive? 

Not in the traditional hustle sense. This isn’t about doing more—it’s about doing what matters, with less stress and more clarity. You might find yourself getting more done, but from a calmer, more intentional place.

Do I need to come to all sessions?

Join as many or as few life admin sessions as you like—these gentle co-working hours are here to help you clear time-sucking tasks and free up space in your week. The 120-minute workshops offer bite-sized learning you can apply straight away, designed to fit into your real life and create slow, steady change—without adding more to your plate.

What kind of things will we do in the workshops + life admin sessions?

Will there be reminders + accountability? 

Your level of support and accountability depends on the package you choose—whether you want a little guidance or more hands-on help, this course is designed to meet you exactly where you are.

What if I don't complete the program will I be given a refund?

The program has been designed to require as little time commitment as possible. Extensions for incomplete units will only be granted in exceptional circumstances, such as bereavement or illness.

 

Can I dip in an out of the workshops + life admin hours?

You’re free to join and leave as you wish, but keep in mind that the workshops are like pieces of a larger puzzle—missing some may make it harder to see the full picture. The life admin hours are completely optional, but they’re included with a purpose: to help ease the sense of overwhelm.

About me


I’m a neurodiverse human with a love for body-led practices like yoga, breathwork, and time in nature — all things that helped me step out of burnout and into a slower, more intentional life.

For years, I kept everything running — on the outside, it looked like I had it all together. But underneath, I was stretched thin, quietly burning out while trying to meet everyone else’s needs.

I know what it’s like to long for rest, to crave a moment of calm or connection — and yet feel like there’s never enough time. Like, slowing down is something other people get to do.

That’s why I created this space: to support women who are always holding everything — women like you — in finding a gentler pace, softening the guilt, and finally making space for yourself.
